    Weight loss is a quite important part of the community nowadays. There are a lot of people who have problems with their weight and are quite fat due to the consuming of a lot of junk food or just because of the lack of exercises. Of course there are different ways to lose weight. You can do hard training and exercises or take medicines which optimize the fat burning and metabolism of your organism. However there are also the weight loss diets. They are one of the most commonly used, because they not only improve you weight, but also your health due to the fact that they tell you to consume food which is only healthy.


    Of course the weight loss diet is one of the most successful ways to loose weight, but it also has some cons. You have to be careful what kind of a weight loss diet you choose. They usually limit the taking of fats and carbohydrates. However they provide you with some fats and carbohydrates, because your body will not function properly without any. Because of this you must carefully study the weight loss diet you choose and compare it with your weight, amount of body fats and the daily activities and exercises you do.


    It is a very bad idea to stop eating anything and just keep exercising, because this can easily harm your organism and permanently damage some of your body functions. If you don’t consume enough carbohydrates, but do a lot of exercises your body might enter a state called ketosis. In this state your body will use the fats for fuel and you may think that this is good, but your metabolism will be weakened and the immune system will work at about 50% system. So you will be very open to different diseases. Also the muscle tissue is wasted when in the state of ketosis. There are some symptoms which you will probably notice if you enter the ketosis state: dizziness, weakness, strange breathing, abnormal heart beat and extreme fatigue.


    A good breakfast which will load you with enough carbohydrates for a whole day of exercise is the following. 70grams of wheat, 1 large spoon of honey, 30grams of nuts and 200ml of water. The way to prepare it is by boiling the wheat in the water for about 30 minutes. When the time passes get rid of the extra water so that only the wheat is left in the utensil you use. Add the honey and then the broke down nuts to the concoction and start eating. This breakfast will give you energy for an entire day of training. Of course this is just the breakfast for the other meals you should search for a professional trainer who can create a perfect weight loss diet for you.
