How to eat healthy and loose weight
Whether you want to lose a few pounds or just maintain a healthy lifestyle both require healthy eating habits. If you have healthy eating habits not only your appearance, enhances but you get a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy eating is an obvious factor if you want to lose weight. Since we are talking about weight loss with healthy eating so, there is no need to be panicky. Losing weight with healthy eating is doable with a few, healthy changes.
A basic healthy eating strategy consists of meals and snacks that give you a hit for your calories instead of a hit on your buck. With the rise of all-you-can-eat buffets and the mindset that “more is better value! People are facing many extra calories. Basic portion control is a must. Many food manufacturers are playing nice tricks for e.g. take a 20 oz bottle of soda. It says 100 calories per serve. But, did you ever check the serving size: 2.5? Who drinks 2.5 servings from a soda bottle? No one- you are not going to quantify it. You are going gulp the whole bottle and consume 250 calories, at the same time as assuming you are only taking 100 calories.
Here are some tips and tricks on how to develop and maintain a healthy eating regimen:

Do not skip break fast, always remember to have breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day, and the most advantageous. Your body gets fuel from the breakfast and keeps you active and your energy levels up, and your mind alert. If you will skip breakfast, you not only feel lethargic but would eat more in the lunch.

Drink plenty of water, at least eight glasses of water a day. Water helps the body stay hydrated and stomach filled. It also helps in the dispensation of nutrients all through the body. If you are in a warmer climate then you should take more water.

Be wise while choosing your snacks. Choose munchies that are light and will give you an extra boost of liveliness all through the day. If you are trying to lose some weight, you should try to add some vegetables and fruits.

Have light lunch. Many people have a very hectic work schedule in the day and forget to eat lunch, which then will lead to overeating in the evening or night. If you skip lunch, your energy levels will decrease and blood sugar will go down to make sluggish. Hence enjoy a light lunch.

Strive to eat dinner earlier rather than late. If you eat late then it will be harder for your stomach to digest it. It might as well keep you up at night or feeling filled until next morning. Eating at least 3 hrs prior you go to bed is helpful to the digestive system.
