    How to improve your health and have a slim body?


    Most of the times people mistake starvation for healthy eating habits. This is a big blow to the body systems and your health. To lose weight and have a slim body a healthier dietary is very important to follow. There should be a balance of all the things and nutrients in the diet taken. Most of the times people think, to diet is – to eliminate the fats from the diet. But this is not so. Fats are equally important for the body of a humanbeing as is any other nutrient. And those who think that obese people have enough fats for the body then they are wrong. There is a certain type of fats that the body is not able to secrete on its own; a healthier dietary takes good care of this fact. When trying to lose weight you might not include the regular fats in your diet but it is essential to include essential fats in your dietary.


    Apart from this it is also seen that people suddenly cut down on the intake of food. This can easily lead to starvation in the body. At times like this the body cells start to feed on each other hence stopping the growth of the body on whole. This reduces the ability of the body to recover or fight diseases. Hence a healthier dietary would be so planned that the carbohydrate intake is reduced in the body gradually. Also the eating habits are changed to help the body improve its metabolism. When you take less amounts of food at regular and short intervals then you tend to lessen the actual amount of calories entering your body. Also the body doesn’t feel that it is starving. With regular feeding your body starts to work fast and your metabolism rate increases, your body thinks that it will get food at regular intervals hence there is no need to store it. Hence the food you will eat will be spent. Therefore there would be virtually no increase in stored fat in the body and that too by eating regularly and contentedly. You do not lose a bit on the health but lose a lot on the weight. Hence those who tend to believe that cutting down on food or skipping meals would help them lose weight, are mistaken. This just encourages your body to store more fat and hence the whole purpose is defeated. The way to a healthy and a slim body is change of eating habits and a healthier dietary.


    Apart from this you can easily substitute a few of the carbohydrate sources for the ones which provide a high fiber content. A carbohydrate source with high fiber content fills up the stomach, at the same time the net amount of carbohydrates absorbed in the body is reduced as the fibers can’t be digested. They also help in maintaining the health of the overall systems in the body.
